show logging system ??

We had a module fail on a 6500, which reseating it cured it for now.

Looking at the System Logs using the "show logging system" I see the
following messages at the time of the failure. I have not found the
explanation anywhere on the CISCO site for the values in these messages.

Any ideas what they mean?

The module is a 24 port 100M MM of which the first 12 ports failed.

That's particular LC has 12 ports per ASIC:

https://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/hardware/Module_Installation/Mod_Install_Guide/02ethern.html#wp1047420

I would guess it was a bug that caused one of the ASICs to freak out or
an ASIC that's failing.
