High CPU Load on 7301/1GB RAM

Hi
I have a 7301 with 1GB of ram, the box is acting as a LTS for 3665 pppoa
sessions so its showing as
7330 sessions, any advice on how to resolve this ? the box has been
swapped but the same atm
card and memory are in it.
