Thank you Adam for the response .
The adaptors are ok because I have changed the slots .The cards works only at the first subslot .
Now I have changed again the cards and is this log :

The IOS of the router is Cisco IOS Software, c7600s72033_rp Software (c7600s72033_rp-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.2(33)SRD
This version do not suport the SIP 600 but I have upgrated with c7600-fpd-pkg.122-33.SRD.pkg After the upgrate of the IOS the SIP was recognised but with only subslot .
The type of the SIP 600 is with two subslots.
Maybe I have to change the IOS version of the router .SXF version
