latest version won't launch

To follow up with my post.
I went back to the cherokee-0.99.9 release and it launched just fine.
So I would consider there to be a bug in that new release posted in
the past few hours.
Do we have a QA team to test these releases in different environments
before pushing them public? Willing to help test in our environment
with our use. Just a lot of releases lately and might help to QA
things as a small group of dedicated Cherokee users...
