Unstable development

I just did a svn update, that broke somethings. But the first thing I
noticed is that it seems the avl_get methodes don't do a check for a
NULL in the key. strlen(NULL) gets into problems.

...but this will for example produce:

plugin_loader.c:192: ERROR:
dlopen(/opt/cherokee/lib/cherokee/libplugin_(null).so):
/opt/cherokee/lib/cherokee/libplugin_(null).so: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
plugin_loader.c:356: ERROR: Can't open "(null)" module
Couldn't read the config file: /opt/cherokee/etc/cherokee/cherokee.conf

I'll see if I might need te regenerate some other stuff.

Actually compilation error, I guess someone is working on it.

If I downgrade I can solve the plugin_(null) error by a better
configuration file.

Good point! r1570 already includes the checks.

Oops! I did not notice.. It's fixed now (r1571).
