I'd side towards the Javascript warning - Of course, as long as it is
just _in_addition_to_ the actual functionality - If somebody has JS
disabled, it should not hamper his ability to use -admin. I agree with
Miguel Ángel - Submitting half-configurations (and restarting the
server several times in the process is not a good option

I have historically, and plan to keep doing so, stayed as far as
possible from Javascript.
