Using server.key with password for SSL?

In the docs is described how you remove the passphrase from server.key in order to make cherokee server SSL connections:

Is there away to keep the passphrase but have it still running like ssh-agent makes it possible to use ssh without always having to tyoe the password.
It is clear that I have to type the password at boot time.
