Cherokee and web2py: 404 error

Hi,
I'm trying to setup web2py and cherokee. I followed all the instructions of
the tutorial at http://www.web2py.com/AlterEgo/default/show/184 (and had to
make some additional changes). Now, when I go to http://mysite, I get a 404
error for http://mysite/welcome/default/index , which is the launch point
for web2py. cherokee.error says nothing. What could be wrong?
