Customizing error pages and error logs

Hi,
I wonder if it's possible to customize Cherokee's error pages, like Apache.
I've read the FAQ and did a quick search but couldn't find anything about this subject.
Also, I just noticed the cherokee.error format looks like JSON format. Is this the default format?
I attached my cherokee.error and cherokee.conf
Any ideas?
