Need help with htacces

Hello,
can someome please explain to me how to setup a password protected
folder on my website? Must not be htaccess at all just the only one that
im used to use with apache :)

Go to the webinterface. Select the rule you want to protect and look for
the security tab.

Check the documentation ;-)
There is a step by step example for the simplest way to do this in the
Quickstart [1]. Look for the string "Now lets password protect the auth
directory".
There is information about other methods in the apropriate cookbook
recipe [2]
