Cherokee shutdowns

Hello all,

I am experience that cherokee shutdowns from time to time, I don't have
any heavy load on my VPs, so I was guessing attacks or errors on my
django instances that could do this.

After a while and a conversation with the support of my service provider
I end with clue about this.

So, How can I do a better monitor of cherokee? logs, doesn't show me
much info, just visits and from time to time

[14/08/2009 06:26:54.824] (warning) spawner.c:261 - Couldn't unlock
spawning semaphore..

But as I see, it doesn't stops cherokee when raise this error

Cherokee itself is no longer running, not just the (f|s)cgi processes?

Which version of Cherokee are you using (and I suppose, which versions of
Python and Django)?
