Issue 89 in cherokee: w3c logger bug

Issue 89: w3c logger bug
http://code.google.com/p/cherokee/issues/detail?id=89

New issue report by tahers:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Erase the cherokee.conf file and create a new one.
2. Erase log files
3. Set up w3c as logging mechanism. Log to files.
4. Launch server and request some pages.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Log files should be created. They are not. If the logfiles are present,
nothing is recorded.
