When local interpreters are selected, one can set environment variables.
Some sort of check should be added to ensure the possibility disappears if
'localhost' is not the host selected as 'host' (which can be selected in
this setting
despite the 'local' name).

New issue report by tahers:
First: balancing options allow to add Balancing options (local interpreter
or remote host), but there is no option to erase them. (bin icon missing).

Second: generic balancer allows to select 'local interpreter', but in case
it fails to connect to the specified host it will not run the specified
interpreter. This option should be erased from the interface.
