Jonathan, I'm taking over this one. There are in fact non-scrollable
screens, but
only in localized versions of the admin. It looks like some CSS class names
are being
translated, so the final look gets messed up.

Ok. The translation happens on the auto-assigned id's used for styling.
#Network-1,
#Ports_to_listen-2,
#Permissions-3,
#Icons-4
#Mime_types

I've added these classes on the
code: .network, .ports, .permissions, .icons,
.mime_types instead.
Jonathan, can you work with those?
