What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install cherokee using pinning on debian
2. try to start cherokee
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
$/etc/init.d/cherokee start
Starting web server: cherokee .
$ps x | grep cherokee
3107 pts/1 S+ 0:00 grep cherokee
$/etc/init.d/cherokee status
cherokee web server status: Running (PID 3957), but PIDFILE not present .
$cherokee
[06/05/2010 13:53:19.487] (error) plugin_loader.c:194 - Something just
happened while opening
a plug-in file
[06/05/2010 13:53:19.487] (error) plugin_loader.c:362 - Could not open
the 'server_info'
module
Couldn't read the config file: /etc/cherokee/cherokee.conf
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.99.49-1
debian lenny + pinning for sid/squeeze (both fail the same way)
Please provide any additional information below.
