Site is running fine, navigation around the site is fine, but the errors
occure when i try to download or upload files ( nothing greater than 2MB)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to get the download or upload prompt gui BUT i get

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.99.28 on centos 5.3 PHP Version 5.1.6
