Testing trunk..

Hello there,

Cherokee 0.99.28 is almost ready by now. The two big changes we wanted
to integrate are already merged in the trunk branch. It'd be pretty
helpful if you guys could test it, and report any anomaly you might
find. These main improvements are:

- New error reporting mechanism have been integrated (in both
cherokee and cherokee-admin)
- RRD usage graphs support have been rewritten. It ought to be
faster now.

Besides, quite a few cherokee-admin and documentation issues have been
addressed.

Testing r3803 on my production server and running without problems...
The huge merge was not so traumatic. Great! ;)
