Issue 599 in cherokee: DAVsvn proxy fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Set up Apache with DAVsvn
2. Set up Cherokee as a reverse proxy to Apache DAV
3. Try "svn ls http://source.kohanaphp.com/svn/kohana2"

Expected to see a list of directories (trunk, branches, etc). Got an error
instead:

svn: OPTIONS of 'http://source.kohanaphp.com/svn/kohana2': Could not read
response body:
Connection reset by peer (http://source.kohanaphp.com)

Using cherokee v0.99.24 on Arch Linux.

Also note that logging shows the request being processed by both cherokee
and apache and no apache or
cherokee errors are reported.

It's been 10 days since the last update on this issue. I suppose it's fixed
now (Cherokee 0.99.25).
