The IPv6 address must be entered into "listen to" edit boxes, not
into "Port".

sigh... your right. I was assuming that it was taking the ":" and making
a port..
kind of weird to ask for port before IP.

We ask for port before IP because IP is "optional", as you can see. I think
it would
be more weird ask for an optional value before a required one.
