Issue 601 in cherokee: many [manage.py] <defunct>

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.on a production environment kill manage.py
2.when cherokee tries to restart the information source
3.

What is the expected output?
only 1 manage.py program.

What do you see instead?
2 manage.py running and many manage.py <defunct>

on a pstree I get this :

├─cherokee─┬─cherokee-worker───19*[{cherokee-worker}]
│ ├─13*[manage.py]
│ ├─php-cgi───10*[php-cgi]
│ ├─2*[sh]
│ └─{cherokee}

cherokee 0.99.24-1~hardy~ppa1

this didn't happened with prior versions.

restarting cherokee all gets fixed.
and no errors just this behivor.

Leonel, could you please test it again with Cherokee 0.99.25?
I fixed a couple of issues with the process spawner, so this bug might be
fixed by now..

Looks like got fixed with 0.99.25-1~hardy~ppa1

It looks like the issue got solved when the spawning mechanism was changed.
