is there anyone that has a working cross-development (windows) working enviornment, willing to show me, for a bit of $$$?

Hi all,
I've been bugging here for a bit now, trying to get a cross compiling
situation working.
all I want to do, is to compile a windows version of the software.
Thanks to everyone who has tried to help, but alas, Nothing seems to work.

IS there a working windows development environment?
I tried to build one on Centos, Fedora and gentoo, without any luck :(

Would someone be willing to show me, step by step on how to create one, so I
can simply compile a Windows binary?

I get paid this friday, and have no issues paying someone money order? for
their efforts.
Is $50 an ok amount?

please?

I really do want to work with cherokee.

If you have your gentoo system still available we can walk you through
in a screen session :)
