Graahhhh!

Sorry, accidentally leaned on my Enter key.

Rails applications will behave according to the «environment» that is
requested from
them — Canonically, you will almost always find «development», «test» and
«production», but they are basically changeable descriptors.

It would be very useful to add a field to the Rails wizard requesting the
desired
environment (and I thing a suitable default would be «production»). It can,
yes, be
specified later by hand - but it must be edited on each of the information
sources,
which is kind of counterintuitive and might lead to typos.

This value should be set in the RAILS_ENV environment variable.
