Issue 502 in cherokee: Wizards empty table under Virtual Servers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get Cherokee 0.99.18 source
2. Compile, install and run Cherokee Web Server
3. Run cherokee-admin
4. Login into cherokee-admin
5. Navigate to "Virtual Servers"
6. Click "Wizards" button
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be the configuration templates. Actual result is an
empty table.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cherokee 0.99.18 running on Slackware current.
Please provide any additional information below.
It seems to be a problem related to the new L&F for the Wizards table. This
change is on Cherokee's 0.99.18 release notes.
