FCGI problem.

Any idea what's causing this? I tried re-installing Plack::Handler::FCGI but it just made things worse. It works using the development server or cgi. It works using fcgi on our other servers.

I can't say for certain, but it looks like neither the HTTP_HOST nor the SERVER_NAME environment variables are set. Whether this is what's causing the FCGI to freak out remains to be seen, but if nobody else has a more authoritative answer, this is the first thing I would try to remedy.
