Hi Frank, Can you tell me anything more about the position: * New development or supporting and extending existing system? (primarily) * How large is the development group/staff? * How managed is the staff (organized v. self-directed) * How do you manage development there (SCMs, process, deadlines, etc) My $work experience has been doing exactly what you describe but I have thus far been solo.
