Link in Catalyst book leads to empty page

On page 295 of the Definitive guide to Catalyst it says:
"An example application with some commentary is available at
http://dev.catalyst.perl.org/wiki/DatabaseFixtures "
Well, not quite blank. It says "Lukes to put his example code here?" and
that's it.
I'm not posting this to pick nits, I'm posting this because I bought the
book, loved it, and turned to it
again when I wanted to write some tests. So I really want to see what's
supposed to be in that page...
