Hi,
I am working on the next release of DWIM Perl for Windows
( http://dwimperl.com/ ) and I started to add Task::Catalyst.
Most of the parts already got installed but I found two direct
dependencies that don't work on Windows.
Starman is not supported on Windows - it tells me when I am trying to install.
FCGI::ProcManager fails to install. As I can see on CPAN Testers
it never had successful reports so maybe that should also just bail out
in the Makefile.PL already.
Probably it would be better to make these conditional requirements
of the Task::Catalyst and provide some other form of server for Windows.
