please merge a commit to allow customizing the TT class in Catalyst::View::TT

Hi,
With the help of frew i managed to get View::TT migrated to git and the commit up here: http://git.shadowcat.co.uk/gitweb/gitweb.cgi?p=catagits/Catalyst-View-TT.git;a=commit;h=7bd88b6108e3a78197a7a6a436e4e3466eb38571
Since rafl suggested mailing here: Please review, merge and release. It comes with tests and documentation and should be fairly obvious in what it does.
