I've previously contacted the author, Makoto Kuwata, who granted me his
permission to release Tenjin to CPAN. He seemed happy for the help, and
I doubt he would have a problem with you being the one to release it,
either. I'll try contacting Makoto again to be sure.
I'm certainly glad that you released it. Sadly, I'm not able to use Perl
much in my day job anymore, so I would have a hard time supporting it.
