Repo changeover to http://dev.catalyst.perl.org/repos/Catalyst

The repositories have been switched, and the maypole one is now read-only
and will be turned off in a few weeks once everybody's moved their stuff.A
If you're using svk, the change should be as simple as:
svk mirror --relocate //mirror/catalyst http://dev.catalyst.perl.org/repos/Catalyst
(replace //mirror/catalyst with wherever you've mirrored it to depotpath-wise,
"svk mi -l" is your friend if you don't remember)
