We've allowed our app to use C::Engine::HTTP::Prefork instead of C::Engine::HTTP and found there were some parameters that were missing. This patch allows pidfile and background to be passed from MyApp- >run() (which are respected by C::Engine::HTTP). Patched against C::E::HTTP::Prefork 0.50.
