Suggested changes to Catalyst-Manual::Tutorial::MoreCatalystBasics

Dear Catalyst developers -

Based on some discussion today on #catalyst, I offer the following
editorial patch to MoreCatalystBasics.pod. In a nutshell, it deprecates
use of TTSite more explicitly. I was motivated to this patch because,
as a new-to-Catalyst developer, it was confusing to me.

Thanks to mst, dhoss, Penfold, and jgottshall for their feedback. Blame
me if I mis-interpreted them.
