Error in engine::fastcgi?

09:27 <dandv> the usage of _fastcgi.pl says that -keeperr "send error
messages
to STDOUT, not to the webserver", but in 5.7014 at
least, it
sends error messages to STDERR
I'm not sure what the problem is here, is this an error? Is there a
doc patch required?
