Example Authentication/Authorization application.

Hi,
I wrote a simple example Authentication::Authorization test
application, with configured DBIx::Class and Minimal stores, and good
test coverage.
a. Could anyone who's interested in it please let me know if I've
done anything wrong please
and
b. Would it be sensible to turn something like this into a
Catalyst::Helper?
