Can't delete/unassociate categories from some stories

Can't delete/unassociate categories from some stories

This is only affecting a few stories: When a user adds a second category
to a story, they are able to change which one is the primary category,
but can't delete either one -- the option is not there (including for
me, the admin). I can remedy by exporting as XML, make the necessary
changes and import, but I'd like to get to the bottom of this.

Thoughts?

Sounds like a bug. What version of Bricolage?

Oh. You might want to consider upgrading. 1.10.4 has this in Bric::Changes:
