all new stories being published as /\i\n\d\e\x.\h\t\m\l.tmp
Recently on one my my bricolage installs everything published via sftp is now named \i\n\d\e\x\.\h\t\m\l.tmp - and of course doesn't get read by the browser. However the file content is correct and if I change the file name to index.html it is displayed correctly.
I don't know how this problem started.

Adding ':22' to the server address allows the publish to continue, but it ultimately fails to distribute properly. I received the following file output in my file system:

I wonder if updating edit.reviewcanada.ca to 2.0.1 will fix this problem? I also wonder if anyone has any insight into why it may have started? I don't get error messages when publishing. I've ask Gossamer Host if they've changed anything.
I also made sure to clean up the temp files, and deleted all failed jobs.
