Well I dont' know ;-)
I have not much experience with git , so what I did was :
git clone git [at] github:bricoleurs/bricolage.git
changed the file de_de.pm and executed git commit, expecting that a commit sends the file back from where it came from.
So, if this is not the case, see the file attached.
