Beta 2

Fellow Bricoleurs,

There are quite a few fixes since 1.11.3, so I think I'll release 1.11.4/2.0 Beta 2 by Monday, just to let it get a bit more tire kicking. What with the new site about ready to go and the changes written, all we need is the press pack and I think we'll be ready to go by the following Monday, April 8. Any objections?

I appreciate how Phillip, Bret, and Matt have stepped up to get the new site, changes, and press kit done. We could use one more volunteer, however, to write up a brief release announcement suitable for sending to a mailing list, and to send it to all relevant lists and sites (e.g., Freshmeat). The best list of such outlets I know of is at the end of [Creating a Release](http://wiki.github.com/bricoleurs/bricolage/creating-a-release). Please feel free to add any more you think might be relevant.
