Bugzilla downtime

I just shut down Bugzilla to move it over to the new server (thanks
Paul and the guys at Digital Craftsmen!). The move itself should only
take a few more minutes, and then bugs.bricolage.cc will start working
again as soon as DNS propagates the IP change.

It's up and running on the new server now, and DNS has been updated.

Congrats. And many thanks for doing this. It's greatly appreciated.
