[Bricolage #273] Contributor order does not survive checkin

Here are the steps to reproduce the bug. It applies to both stories and media.

1. Make a new story.
2. Add several contributors. Order them in the contributor popup.
3. Check in the story.
4. Check out the story.
5. Re-order the contributors.
6. Save or save and stay. (The new order of contribs will be preserved.)
7. Check in the story, then check it out. (The contrib order will have reverted to the one from the first checkin.)

More details:

The bug occurs only when contributors are of a type that does not have at least one custom field defined.

Creating a new contributor type without defining a custom field will do this.

Deleting a custom field will also do this, although the problem will only affect contributors added after the field was deleted. If a contributor has a record in the member_grp_val, that contributor will not show the problem.
