[Bricolage #206] Keyword Autocomplete includes deleted keywords

I'm talking about keywords that *have* been deleted from the system. Go to the keyword browser, and delete the keyword. It no longer shows up in the keyword browser.
And let's say you've accidentally entered a keyword that's misspelled, which you delete because you want it to go away, but it keeps showing up in the autocomplete.
I understand it's still in the db, but that's not how users see it. And at the very least there's an inconsistency in how the keyword browser handles deleted keywords and how the autocomplete does.
