The following commit:

Broke SFTP publishing if the user doesn't supply a port. Given that there's nothing in the app interface that requires the user to list a port, $port should default to 22.

In looking at the code, the FTP mover has the same language that SFTP mover had before this commit. Someone might want to test if that code also has an issue with port specification.
