[Bricolage #143] Adding new media - primary category error

# Problem: #
When creating new media, on the Media Profile page, I get the
following error when I try to add an element.
Whoops!
Please select a primary category.
# How to reproduce: #
Create a new element with Content type "**Media**".
**PUBLISHING >> Element Types >> Add a New Element Type**
I'll call it "*Text Media*".
* Select **Other Media** for the Content Type.
* Check **Fixed:**. (This may be unrelated)
* Create a custom text area field. I'll call it "Text".
* Under **ADD NEW FIELD**, select Text Area, and enter "text"
for the **Key Name** and "Text" for the **Label**.
Then goto **MEDIA >> New Media**.
* Select the new element type of **Text Media** from the **Media Type**
drop down.
* Set the category to an existing category, such as "/".
* Select **Create**.
Now in the **Media Profile**:
* Select **Add Element** and select the custom element type of **Text**,
and I get the error,

Please select a primary category.
