[Bricolage #123] No such class key error when trying to edit an "Action" in the Destination profile

I was investigating some issues with previewing media on a development server and ran into this error. It's repeatable by trying to edit an existing Action within a Destination profile.
This is on 1.11.2.
No such class key ''.
