Fixed in [69364ef7](http://github.com/theory/bricolage/commit/69364ef7489fb0fb74d9e43b56b4546aa2aff78d) in master and in [aa6ae491](http://github.com/theory/bricolage/commit/aa6ae491a851a7339b430013dd90ba1b7251bf2e) in rev_1_10. Had to update a bunch of places to properly unescape URIs. I think I got them all, but please holler if not.
