Confirmed in Opera 10 on Mac oS X 10.5.8 as well.

Strange issue to do with an absolutely positioned layer inside of a layer that isn't positioned, if I'm not mistaken. I've got this open and will try to sort it this evening.

Fixed in my fork for 1.11.x, pull request sent upstream:
http://github.com/phillipadsmith/bricolage/commit/df1563e91a9b6678215832b841479be75d43a8c6

Please check that this resolves the issue for you also. (And this should probably be -- and could be easily -- applied to the 1.10.x branch.)
