Curious. I've checked in an improvement to publish_another() in r8449, where it
will now throw an exception if you try to publish a checked-out document. That
check should have been there long ago, frankly.
Between that fix and r8412, mentioned in Bug #1422, I'm hoping that this issue
won't come up for you again. If it does, let me know.
