To reproduce, you must have a bricolage instance with multiple sites enabled,
and the "filter by site context" preference enabled:
1) Select a site from the drop down.
2) Search for a story in another site. It should not be found.
3) Select the site for that story from the drop down. The story should now
appear in the find stories dialog.
4) Check out the story. It will be checked out into the workflow of the first
site.
This behavior is *extremely* confusing for our users.
