Just found that not all the databsae upgrade scripts ran. I'll have to fix
that, too. What's happening is that db_upgrade.pl is only running upgrade
scripts that have the database name in them. This is a mistake.

This part, at least, fixed in r8177, along with a bunch of other stuff.

Looks like this was a `make` vs. `gmake` issue. Fixed in r8185.
