If I'm adding a contact to a contributor and hit enter, the contact I just
entered is deleted. Oops. This is because the "Delete" button is the default
button for that field rather than the "Add More" button. The same is true of
extensions in the media type profile. Ideally, when you hit enter, it'd create
a new field and give it the focus. This is how keywords seem to work for
categories, so maybe we can borrow something from there?
